Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare the Instrument

  Carefully repack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, tags, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger amplifiers and cabinets.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
